Why do I have belly fat ?? how could it happen on me ?? I haven’t asked for it, NOW stop complaining, you have to realize you are the only one has to take charge of it.
The three man reasons that causes this kind of situation is WRONG DIET (you can read my another article about the Right Diet) , WRONG DAILY HABITS or LACK OF EXERCISE, you might tell me that you have been aware of the choice of diet and have a good daily habit all the time, but why I still have belly fat, big questions right ??
The Important of exercise
I’m gonna say Diet, Daily Habit and Exercise is dispensable, you can’t have a great result without anyone of them, you might have a flat belly when you are young that you only spend a little time on exercise ( or even you don’t have), but as the time goes by, the right diet and good daily habit that you have as usual, still can not stop you to get belly fat.
✩ Exercise will enhance the Body metabolism ✩
Because as the growth of the age, our Body metabolism would get decreased, gradually the unconsumed calorie would become more and more fat on your body or belly, so this is the reason why and the importance of exercise.
Now let me tell you some Correct Concepts of the exercise..
Exercise divide into two parts
◎ Aerobic exercise
basically It relies on a lot of oxygen to burn fat to produce energy, increase heartbeat and breathing to prolong exercise time and increase muscle endurance, for example like jogging, cycling, swimming or any ball games like basketball tennis etc.
◎ Anaerobic exercise
basically it doesn’t need to rely on oxygen, it only needs to burn carbohydrates frantically, in order to increase muscle and strength in a short time by lifting weights, workout or other high-intensity exercise, and strengthen speed and explosiveness.
Both of them are important, but if you really want to lose body fat (belly fat) fast and hope it would never happen again, Anaerobic exercise is the key because it would build the muscle so that to increase your Body metabolism to CONTINUE to reduce far and calories, not like Aerobic exercise it only reduces certain calories depend on the certain amount of exercise you put in a certain times, can you notice the difference between two of them?
So make a plan, go for it, if you can do both of them, you absolutely boost up the speed to lose belly fat, but remember focus on Anaerobic exercise( lifting weights, workout etc. to build muscle ) the most.
You must eat, Before and After exercise
It’s necessary to eat before and after the exercise, one of the most common mistakes that people who wanna lose weight is they think exercise more + eat less = fast result, Big Wrong !!
if you look carefully for those who does this kind of way, there’s basically only two results will happen, one is they do lose weight and lose fat but look unhealthy and tired, another is they don’t lose any weight but instead of getting more, why? because they ignore the importance of diet before and after exercise.
The diet before exercise, the main reason is we need to get some energy to Increase the performance of exercise, so we can get better progress for each time (this is what we want to see), the reason that we eat after exercise is our body require more nutrition and energy to grow and restore the muscles.
And there’s a research, if you don’t intake any food or Too LATE to eat after the exercise, the feeling of hungry will get increased, that means you would eat more food more calories (this is not what we wanna see).
The ideal time of eating is within 30 mins after exercise, eat more Protein and the Right food, always remember to choose the food that is easy to digest in order not to make lots of Physical burden especially during exercise.
Effectiveness is more important than the frequency (rest is necessary )
There’s no the best exercise for each of us, only the most suitable ones for us, everybody is different we are in different body conditions, ages, gender etc, Therefore it’s essential to make an adjustment for individual needs or goals.
According to these difference, here is an example, I suggest the beginners to start gradually, maybe exercise 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. Once you feel comfortable, slowly increase the amount of time and the number of days a week that you exercise.
But here’s the point I wanna tell you that, no matter how many the amount of exercise in a week, the effectiveness is more important, for those who want to lose weight so bad, the common wrong concept for them is exercise a lot or even every day, it might cause slow result or even the worst that you would get hurt, stop thinking that way, why ??
The main reason is your body your muscle need to rest (only you know your body the most), they ain’t grow or get any better without the rest, so do the exercise correctly and effectively for each time, and have a good rest is necessary as well, always remember don’t let the Body overwhelmed by over exercise, step by step, when your physical body get stronger, then you can Strengthen the intensity of Exercise slowly.
